Hey @Tori Hall...if I'm not mistaken, the BP website admin people, or some of them at least, are based in Denver.

If the NIPSCO was in the Management Co's name, you could request March's copy to see if there was any gas usage.  

I am an agent with my license hanging in Colorado, Can my clients LLC use me as their buying agent for a property they want to procure in Utah?

That risk element wouldn't change if I had property in the Inland Empire, San Francisco, Phoenix, Denver, or even Miami.
