hi i want to master one part of the re market be it multi fam/office/shopping... where would you guys say is a good place to start in today's market and be able to thrive as a small investor?

On our farm is  a two story large shop, and in this shop is a 2 bed, two bath apartment.

Join a shop that actually provides training, their are brokers on here and lots of realtors that can give you good recommendations for your area.

(I shop at Home Depot because I can literally see it from my front yard.)But unfortunately, Home Depot doesn't carry everything.Where do you shop? 

I have used yellow letter shop for yellow letters in the past but I am unsure that they send post cards.Thanks in advance,Brian

I have a hunch I have seen your pizza and ice cream shop on Instagram (don't want to name names since you didn't) if its the one about 45 mins away from Charleston.

More and more people go to amazon and online shopping every single day.

I have a friend who owns a well established pizza shop there and he loves it so much as if it is Canton :D)) I don't get it.
