This is not a strategy for a beginner, or someone who would even consider soliciting advice from a website like this.

I believe your answer could be found on the California Department of Consumer Affairs website: http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/landlordbook/wh...After reading it looks like you would have to pay an occupancy tax to the state, and provide room service, maid service, etc to treat it like a hotel and kick them out immediately.

Unfortunately I found the podcast/website about 3 days AFTER I signed up for a guru course.

If installed per specification (which is available on every manufacturers website) they are good systems.

Its been a great wealth of information in this website.

Did you find more meetings outside of the REI website, private, local, company? 

I post many of my properties for sale on this website, however if you would like any future possible fix and flip or buy and hold properties please leave me a message with your email.
