If a newbie finds such a property, I would let them partake in the decision making discussions and help with labor if they so desire.I have had one "apprentice" be a successful RE investor.

Hi all,Context:I've been using a Property Management company that I loved for a while.They were pretty independent and was just able to do manage without much of my intervention.But probably 6 months ago, they've switched to using Virtual Assistants and they are now fairly incompetent; instead of making their own decisions, they're asking me for every little thing.

If they are, they will be much more likely to know who the most likely buyers are, which re-trade on a regular basis, which have performed in the past, and which are in exchanges or are otherwise highly motivated.

They see what appears to be a long shot, high reward opportunity and they chase it even though it is not part of their trading plan.
