While R-22 is no longer being produced as of 1/1/2020, there is still plenty of it available.

Most investors here have a 1% R/V ratio so prices are affordable.

The Amnesty team said I can't go through the amnesty program because my ADU doesn't meet the setback requirement of 20 feet, zone R-1-8.
