Reasons why this has been difficult. I

He is older and I noticed he had difficulty making it up the 3 steps to get to the front door of the property. 

The difficulty with valuing restaurants now is what their cash flow will look like with the new normal. 

One such application is tokenizing physical assets using blockchain technology.

So really looking for someone who has experience with this type of property.Another question: For those that have self managed remotely- how easy/ difficult is this for this area?

I'm sure there are difficulties everywhere I just wanted to get out of the cold!

Has anyone had difficulty evicting tenants for non-payment of rent in the past 3 months since the California Eviction Moratorium ended, but there is the new requirement of posting a 15 day notice with a "COVID Impact" response form? 

Having never run a successful business before this Im not sure what my road map is, I have tried using many others and they  sometimes help but often times just add more difficulty and confusion or chaos.
