Anna Maria Island, FL Property Management

We are in the process of purchasing a STR in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island, FL and are looking for some recommendations on property managers in the area. We would prefer a local, boutique management firm/ agency/ person(s). We have spoken to a couple of agencies but it seems a bit all over the place- like they base everything on homes they currently manage and can't give us a straight answer on how they would revenue manage our home. The house has the flexibility to be one large 4bd/4ba home or 2 separate 2/2 units- and this is causing some confusion with the agencies we have spoken to. So really looking for someone who has experience with this type of property.

Another question: For those that have self managed remotely- how easy/ difficult is this for this area?

TIA!
