However, I feel a lot of them misrepresent how easy, or not so easy the business really is though.From what I see on BP its totally anti paid training.. with a little bit of " I am OK with it if its super cheap like 1k or something " and that you should just go buy a rental instead.. well most of guru training is NOT how to buy a rental its about how to flip houses.. so most of the folks that say that don't really know what they are teaching anyway..
