YOU teach people how to treat you.

You will find some like minded investors and some also willing to teach you the ropes. 

Partner up with someone who doesn't view you as a competitor and is willing to teach you something.  

Thanks.You don't need a degree to do this (unless you want to be a broker in most areas).There is absolutely ZERO they will teach you that is of use in the real world--it's all sales hype designed to get your money and enrich those who are part of that industry.Good Luck! 

YouTube only teaches so much on topics.

Books and courses will only teach you so much, and it won't be as valuable as actual experience.

I'm going to keep going the route that Joe McCall is teaching me, along with the investors specializing in lease options or down payment arbitrage.

However, I feel a lot of them misrepresent how easy, or not so easy the business really is though.From what I see on BP its totally anti paid training.. with a little bit of " I am OK with it if its super cheap like 1k or something " and that you should just go buy a rental instead.. well most of guru training is NOT how to buy a rental its about how to flip houses.. so most of the folks that say that don't really know what they are teaching anyway..
