In that case, you could objectively look and say "Ya know what, Lender A is $534 more expensive but she appears to know her business so I'm going to go with her and happily pay that reliability premium to ensure that I get this house that is a smoking hot deal that's going to benefit me financially for decades to come," or maybe it's "ya know what, having spoken to both people, I've got to say that both appear to be complete freaking dumbasses, so I'll just take the cheaper dumbass and hope for the best."

When we receive less that that amount, we clear as we get around to it ... folks here are use to going about their lives in snow, so its not an issue.We sand walks and drives, but we also leave a container (looks like the old ash cans one use to see back in the days when everyone smoked) of sand by each entrance to the property with a scoop inside, so the tenants can touch-up or sand at times when we cannot be there.Tonight/tomorrow we are scheduled to received 14-18", where it is a weekend, snow removal will likely wait until the storm has concluded.

Visually inspect the breaker for damage, melted or smoked sides, if it appears damaged put the cover back on, make sure it's flipped off and call an electrician.
