@Nicole Collins just keep this mind as you search for your Multi-Unit / MF property . . . the  total gross rental income divided by the number of tenants / units = gross rental income per unit.  

Finally go down to the local big box store, lowes or HD.

Use the search function if a BP member previously was in search of a CPA.

That being said, we carry a receipt book in our LL filebox (the box that travels with us with keys, LL forms, etc -- we have learned to take it with us whenever we go near the rentals)  and are happy to handwrite a receipt at any time.
