Last week after the tenant complained to us of being unable to use the house for 1/2 day due to toxic paint fumes and asthma she asked us for compensation for all the inconveniences.After letting the builder know about her health situation caused by their toxic paint that apparently takes 30-45 days to cure, my partner and I requested a non paint fix.

With new bathroom, widening one bathroom door, upgrading a toilet in master, granite on kitchen island (had ugly tile), hardwood flooring, upgrading lighting in dining and kitchen to can LED lights and paint, we spent about $19K in upgrades.

I would assume that since the other models are identical, that they didn't.c) The house is a really ugly red brick, which of course can be painted nicely.d) There is a pipe burst in the house, however it is running out of the garage.
