I'm kind of new to real estate but good at data mining.  

It’s already listed with a local agent, but I’m looking for additional platforms that specifically cater to selling Airbnb or short-term rental properties to investors in the USA and Canada. 

What are the risks of using leverage in real estate investing?

My self I have Zero fees but my points are higher LOL.. so I get many who just pass on us because of this not knowing that the total cost for the loan is actually less than these brokers with  all the junk fees.. of course I REAL private money so I make the rules.

Life and long term care insurance are typically where you see this.After a lot of wrangling, the agent was able to get the policy renewed with the correct bank account number for the auto draft.  

Have had some experience real estate investing (1 house hack and 2 rentals) but took a break this past year. 

They spend a lot of time talking about more macro economic events and things that can affect real estate too which is interesting...or maybe boring to some!

While Obie and Steadily might not currently have options, exploring other brokers and independent agents is advisable.
