PS – Not sure if you have an industry picked out already to specialize in with Deloitte, but it may be a great idea to get in the real estate sector and push to get on real estate clients that align well with your real estate strategies and goals.

There is a very strong push in the area for RC. 

Is the issue one of poor construction, or has weather damaged the porch where maybe you could push it through your insurance?

Already crossed that hurdle, property is on 2 lots so I'm doing 2 P&S agreements and getting financing on the non grow house and coming up with cash for the grow house, though I'm pushing for that property to be vacated.

What is the best steps to go about this refi and does anyone recommend a lender that could really push this?

My guess is that the tenant believes this will stop the forced move and when push comes to shove they will not pay but you absolutely can accept the money and still enforce the writ

As the wood was rotting away over the decades, the weight of the dirt pushed them down and diconnected them eventually. 

I have my fiance the thank as she has been pushing me to read books and allow myself to grow intellectually which made me take the first step to read the book.

I may have opportunity to go part time consulting where I would make more per hour and the salary would be a wash.
