Hello everyone,

I am currently in school in the southern California Area. I have lived here my whole life. I am 20 years old and graduate in 3 more semesters. I have been studying accounting and financing and should get to intern for Deloitte next summer. I have really been interested in investing in real estate for the past year but I have had no idea, how or, where i would start. my field of interest would be Multi-family units. I would like to know when i should start investing into real estate; considering, that i am a full time student and have had to take out loans for school. I am very ambitious and have a strong and eager desire to learn. I would love to get advice and information on what to do next--in addition, i will download the book and read that as well. if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me.

Regards,

Jeremy
