As far as strategies go - I'd be leaning towards student housing with an aim on Grad students or older (I have a couple of friends still finishing off doctoral programs that would be a good resource).

In fact, the purpose of the Section 8 program is to provide renters a level playing field on which to qualify on an income basis for housing.

@Brennan Hile FHA is typically going to be the better program for a credit score under 680, and conventional will be better for a credit score over 680.

Hi All, I learned about a great new loan program today from a local lender.

@Imed Rebhi using programs like Zelle, quickpay, google pay, etc are very convenient, but they are not supposed to be used for business purposes.

Prior to that I was in the mortgage industry for about 6 years where I did everything from basic branch admin stuff, compliance and QC, processing, and eventually was a licensed loan officer before I decided to change paths to public safety.

Anyone have experience as a business owner who regulary sells inventory product to the public in how to deal with handing so much of your hard-earned money to Uncle Sam?
