Fannie Mae multifamily refinance for 8 houses titled separately

I have a deal with 8 single family houses that are all in a continuous area, but each house has its own title.

Does anyone know if we can package them together and use a Fannie Mae multifamily loan to refinance them after we have renovated them? Or are there any other ways to refinance them?

@Vinay Kolluru, this scenario that you described would not be a fit for either  the Fannie or Freddie small balance program. There are quite a few options out there that can pool the properties onto one loan. With the 10 year treasury down in a trough right now, rates aren't quite where the agencies are, but they are competitive (especially since the underwriting with the agencies is atrocious). Also, non-recourse is generally readily available as well for pooled loans.
