What some people do, and mathematically it makes sense, is to open a new credit account during a 0% for the first year promotional offer, transfer existing balances from a high interest card, and close the old account.

I googled "whirlpool washer won't spin, drains ok" and got this: http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf89187482.tip.html (I don't make money off this site, and am not promoting it it was just the first thing that came up in google) which says it could be somthing as simple as a broken belt and how to fix it.I fixed a washer this way before, by googling the problem and breaking out the screwdriver.

The rekey has always happened within a few days before closing generally at a price of around $100 for a couple locks (so about $20 in materials, they always use the cheap Home Depot brand ones).

In order to calculate your net income for a given year your number one priority should be to keep an accurate accounting of your project revenue & project expenses.Revenue for flipping is easy to track because it is generally just one entry for the resale value of the property.Expenses get a bit more complicated because you will likely have a 100+ transactions for purchasing materials, paying contractors, & paying utility bills.
