I had health problems last year and ended up filing bankruptcy so my credit is not in a place where I can purchase the home, at this time.  

They started into a story about how there's a flea infestation (they don't have pets) and how it's "unsafe" to go down. 

The thing that worries me is the lack of income and health benefits when starting out.For those of you who are established commercial real estate brokers, how did you stay afloat financially while beginning your career?

Just rent it out without pets, no pet policy.

They view society as owing them housing food cars phones health care etc just because they can still fog a mirror .they are supposedly destitute yet magically have enough money for lotto tickets , 8$ a pack cigarettes, and alcohol .

@Gordon Forbes, I only have the basic rent agreement and the pet and smoke detector attachments.  

In your ads, I would have information about how it could be great for health science/medical students because of how close it is to the medical school, hospital, etc but also include other desirable features or major employers. (.5 miles to X hospital, 5 blocks to whatever great elementary school, ride your bike to X university!)
