Property Manager near Charleroi, PA

Hi, I just bought a couple duplex in Charleoi, PA and a property manager is currently used.  His rate seems slightly high.  Before I attempt to talk to him, I'm wondering if there are other good property managers in the area.  Anyone know?  Thanks in advance !
