No doubt parts of it are very rough, and yes it's revival has been attempted and failed numerous times.

Cops have been called numerous times and they have been asked to leave several times.

I think that starting a part time job (in conjunction with being a waiter) at a property management company would provide numerous benefits and help propel your career, no matter what the wages may be. 

They're at a point in their life where they're in a pinch due to a life-changing experience, numerous bad decisions etc.

Over the years, I have met with some of these “gurus” and I have gotten to know them on a personal level and they are really doing some high level real estate deals or are doing a ton of quantity and they are making a lot of money.

It's not about quantity but quality.

Hey guys, this is a relatively simple question, and it may have been asked already numerous times, but I think with the new upcoming tax changes it may be worth considering again.

I understand quantity is variable to the size of unit but any brands, hardware stores, etc do you guys recommend?

I have tried numerous RVM's and I agree with previous posts, just irate people asking to be removed from calling list.
