What programs have people used and which have worked!

I have received information recently from connected investors, land academy, casual Fridays REI, and others, and I'm wondering who has tried any of these blueprint/training services, how have they worked out, and what do folks recommend? Are these courses useful/helpful? Is it fine to just go in alone? Thanks!

Everything you need is available for free on Biggerpockets if you're capable of educating yourself. If you're not good at research or figuring things out on your own, then a course may be beneficial but you need to be very careful. I've seen people on Biggerpockets spend $40,000 or more on coaches that didn't teach them anything.
