Hello,We are new to RE investment and this summer we bought our first investment property in North Carolina (we live in WA).

For good schools in Seattle, North Seattle would be your best bet.

 $80 billion would be nearly 5 times the financial footprint of the Samsung facility being built in Taylor, a North East suburb of Austin.  

But now the property is at 95% physical occupancy.Once the new owner burns through the vacancy loss, their revenue should hit North of $150,000.

I'm looking to close a multi family units in north west philly.Does anyone know any reliable contractors who are willing to do fha203k?

North of Concord NH or 30 minutes west of Nashua you may be able to find something that fits that criteria, but other than that its going to be tough to find turnkey multi's in a B class area for under 250K.

Multi family properties have been life changing for me and my family, North Jersey is great for desirable high paying tenants.
