I have read a handfull of books over the last few months, but now feel it is time to start networking and analyzing properties.

@Tisha Croom I'd definitely recommend getting out there and networking with people in the industry to get recommendations.

Well currently I'm CS Executive Student (a professional course from The INSTITUTE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES of India) and also I'm engaged in a Network Marketing business.

Raise money for a Syndication – This is a great beginner’s way for someone that has a network and wants to get involved in the deal.

@Maayan Cohen - before you spend money on direct mail, have you thought about networking with wholesalers? 

, podcast, books, other networking, etc.A short while ago, one of the guests on the BP podcast mentioned that he was so prepared for his first deal (through reading, networking, BP, etc.) that when it came time to pull the trigger, it was such a seamless process and he thought, "wow this isn't so hard after all!"

I am looking to network with other Real Estate enthusiast in my area as well as in other locations.
