While I can rent a 2 bed condo (1099 sq ft) for only $2750 in nearby, why would I pay $3200 for a 1 bed condo 518 sq ft?

I know where I want to be in 20 years but I haven’t found the path to get there yet.If any of you are locals to my area or nearby areas (Tampa -> Naples) I’d love to hear from you and pick your brain a bit.

I Feel as if they won't be accurate to current pricing.I check the same street and nearby streets all within a certain zip code.

I also chose Lower Roseville due to the light rail all along the park and because it’s also near by to University Heights, which is booming atm.

Hi BP, I have been looking into purchasing an investment property in the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale area.Ideally looking for a small multi-fam which I can house hack, but also open to SFR's as well, my main focus is on obtaining a property that produces a positive cash flow.Was hoping if anyone with boots on the ground could provide some insight into how this market is currently faringOr Any general advice from those who have/are invested in the areaOr Any recommendations for specific nearby neighborhoods to research deeper within my price range (approx. 250-300K)Thank you all!

Appraisal should go well as there are other homes near by that are 1/2 as updated as mine and they sold in the $180K's and $190K's for similar sq.ft.

Activity in the lot got so bad, a neighbor reached out to the alderwoman after a man from a nearby building made a makeshift kennel out of scrap wood and was keeping puppies there.

I see properties in nearby markets with boarded up windows and doors the surrounding homes seem to be in decent repair and in decent neighborhoods but really would love to talk with someone who can see things I probably can't.

Note the market nearby is very hot, very few homes on the market and I was considering 55 plus housing to gain density plus address the lack of options serving  this demographic.
