We are now in a position where we have 4 investment properties completely paid off making us money and I have a high paying W2 job that allows us to feel comfortable enough for him to quit his W2 job and start investing in real estate full time.So my question is… where can we go to get advice on how to move forward with this in regard to the best way to structure our growing real estate rental business?

No one has ever complained and virtually everyone signs it.I suspect it matters where the str is located which is why speaking to a local attorney can probably help navigate risk management vs being too general or overly cautious.

The LLC is the business structure most use when investing in STRs.If you're extra worried about liability you could split the 3 properties into 3 LLCs but to me this seems like a situation of "If it ain't broke don't fix it"
