How To Find Local Real Estate Groups and Meetings?

Hey guys, What is your opinion of the best way to meet new Investors, Builders, and Real Estate folks in the Southern CA area, and if anybody knows of any good real estate meetings or groups for networking and meeting new investors and real estate entrepreneurs, I would love hear what you guys recommend. I'm based in the Western area of Los Angeles and we do projects all over the country. We do most of our work locally in the Topanga Canyon, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Calabasas, West Hills, Woodland Hills, West LA, Culver City, areas. So Im always looking for great real estate groups and events in my local area, to network and meet new people in this community. Please share any info you guys have, we all appreciate it! Thanks!

Hey Conor.  I'm in woodland hills. There's a meetup every 2nd Tuesday of the month at Panera bread in woodland hills at the new shopping center the village.
