Banks often stop paying the taxes when the escrow money for taxes gets used up because the owner stopped paying the mortgage.

Use that money to put down on a real piece of property that offers tax benefits, appreciation and less police traffic.

What im looking to do is BRRR in columbus to pull some of my money out ( I dont mind leaving money in the deal).

What would be a reason to use hard money for a purchase when you know the property would not appraise enough to pull all your investment out

The upside:  There is a lot of money to be made, potentially, and every door you add to your portfolio builds your company's value bigger and bigger (vs. sales, where it's a transaction and then it's over).

When the National rodeo comes to Vegas those people have money and their horses are closer to family members a most people’s dogs. 

If I do I won’t get 30 day money back but the guarantee I will purchase first property in 6months.

My assumption is either they moved out before the eviction was finalized or they paid whatever money was due and the landlord dropped the eviction, would that be somewhat accurate explanation of how this "dismissed without prejudice" would appear on someone's record?
