Once you get over the initial hurdle, the sky is the limit.  

I'm not sure that a condo, at least in the city limits makes the most sense for Baltimore.

Will certainly take your advice start doing whatever I can with my limited resources.

It is not that you can't find a good property manager to manage and do a good job it is just that they are going to be limited by the time they have to work on it.In my business I limit the percentage of units that we have that fall into that category because I know how management intense they are.  

I'm limited to how long I can be at the Office of Records before he fusses, negotiating with a Seller, etc. etc. etc.    

But I'm limited on the capital I'll be using.

Banks are limited and Quicken loans backs out of the deal at the 11th hour, trust me, I refuse to accept an offer with a QL and it's the regular buzz in the office that 'another deal fell through.'  

I've also got a contractor I'd like to work with, with whom I have some limited experience.

I contacted an agent to get a second opinion what her estimate was but they "scared" me a little with all these obligations terms and limits once I contact them.
