@Cheryl A Perna- thanks ...the proeprty will need to be a condo as there are no SFRs in the downtown area you mention ...condo market in seattle  is  much softer  than the  SFR market right now ...its a buyers  market with many units for sale ...the price ranges are still high and if you want to try to break even with renting it part time - it may be tough to do   especially  when factoring HOA dues into it  . 

I'd say the loan officer you work with is just as, if not more important than the company.

Although with AI you are 102.3X - 300X more efficient and it costs significantly less.

Found some existing properties really expensive, needing a lot of rehab costs, too old and seemed like building one would be less expensive.

The process of purchasing a property takes a little time, but typically less than 60 days.

Perfect and comfortable for two families, children, and maybe gramps and gramma!
