Also, one thing that somewhat concerns me is that I'm trying to find average rental price for the building but I can't seem to find much except this one ad for a studio that shows up everywhere (on all the rental sites).

This is an amazing site with wonderful resources.

I would like to know from the more experienced investors on this site what your investment strategy is in this changing market.Will you still be rehabbing & selling, or buying & holding?

The Lancaster Suites [Manila] is designed and conceptualized as a private residential Condominium Hotel ["Condotel"] or a fully serviced private residential condominium building with all facilities of a Hotel, Room Service, 24 Hour Security Guards and Reception, PABX Telephone Operators, High Speed Internet & Cable TV etc………… even an integrated Mini Mall ...The units in the building are all privately owned by the respective buyers.

All of the "free credit report" sites I've looked at seem to be scams that want you to join some service.Also, I have a very high paying part time job right now that I pretty much lucked into but am thinking that it would be a good idea to work in a real estate office or mortgage company or as an assistant to a real estate agent or something like that while I finish school so that I can learn as much about RE as possible in the next couple of years, but all of those types of jobs pay about $10-$12 per hour and I'm making $20.00 per hour now.

I want to get started on flipping properties and I saw an ad on tv about flipping houses through the internet.
