What's up ladies and gents. Just wanted to drop by and introduce myself, I'm 26 and from northwestern NJ. This is an amazing site with wonderful resources. I'm brand new to the real estate investing field, still looking to do my first deal. I've been reading, reading, and reading for the past 6 months, looking to join my local real estate group this month. My plan is to concentrate on Foreclosures and Rehabs for now and then possibly pursue short sales. Thanks for all the great info and look forward to asking a lot of questions.
