I thought maybe there'd would be some more interaction on this forum but I haven't had much luck getting responses so thanks for at least letting me know that my posts are visible. :) Have you had much experience buying MF properties and renting them out or do you mostly do commercial retail?

People can interact with a bot to get the info they need, it's a non-threatening way to get valuable information, as compared to 'give me your email...'.
