Jorge,If you are an investor with multiple properties I suggest you look for an independent Insurance Agent that represents multiple properties. 

Obviously, reducing your cash flow to buy a large expense with no return is not the way to financial independence, but life is life and it may be necessary given your circumstances.Best of luck!
