Still weighing my options and going to have to hunt for the right deal as I’d like to offset the cost of my new home a bit more than the cash flow of my original home will cover.  

From my experience (I could be wrong) there isn't a format but the estimate should list details like the materials to be ordered and the hours of labor needed for each repair project (for example the kitchen cabinet installation or exterior doors) along with a cost listed for each line item.

This is not only to make sure that people are taking care of the property, but this is also to make sure that tenants aren't overlooking issues that could be addressed now that cost way more later.These can be minor roof leaks, gutter leaks, mostly to do with water penetration.
