For $1300, you can rent a 1600sqft 3/2/2 house in Plano Texas built in the late 1970s.

Lots of fine finishes, huge windows throughout, custom cabinets everywhere, and chandeliers with a great floor plan.

The only other experience I have renting is when I first moved to Texas after finishing my military commitment.
