Okay, I haven't completely read the whole book yet, and as any of you that have read it know, it takes 10 months to read.

I found someone that did it for $400 in labor and I bought the materials for $900.When I get ridiculous bids like this, my favorite thing to do is to say, "Okay, I'll think about it and get back to you later today."

I highly recommend James Wiederman's book on Texas Real Estate contracts as it covers everything in the TREC contract.

You will definitely be able to fine tune your questions after reading some real estate investing books.

BUT...I'd like to learn, and I have a voracious appetite for books, etc--so diving in isn't a problem.
