For instance, for one county, I pay $20 per month and have access to all of the documents related to whatever property I'm researching-the site has interactive maps, I can do research on the neighboring properties to see what's up in each particular neighborhood, if the properties are owner occupied or owned by out of area landlords- another county gives me the info on foreclosure status of all of the homes in the county, while another county only provides info if I call them-they don't even have a weekly list of foreclosures on their website.

Is the Residential Real property Disclosure Act 765ilcs77 a helpful tool, I had to get an extension for this contract because of all the back and forth but should I also be looking at another attorney,oh and the r.e agent tells me that the seller needs to get a certain amount from this sale and does not have any money to give so is that a good reason to not ask for a credit?
