I let the tenants use that to salt the walkways or steps as they see fit. 

I know I have a lot more to learn and understand, but I am a quick study and know I will excel.

You have to be able to scrutinize every property and make sure it fits your goals, is within your budget, and makes sense.  

There are RE closing 'mills' that don't fit our business.

@Ronald Bourgeois  Excellent advice for a new agent... when I had my shop we were 50 agents so in our market thats little or boutique .. it was not the place really for a new agent.

Houses around the area sell for around $140,000, but the other houses in the area don't have a garage attached to the property, a fenced in front and back yard, a master bedroom big enough to fit a king size bed with three dressers and a bathroom!
