Hey my name is Aaron Oliver.

I'm a 22 year old from Norfolk Virginia, and I am interested in investing in real estate.  The wealthiest person in my family is my great-uncle, and I spoke with him about his "secret" to wealth a few years ago.  He said, simply, real estate.  He said real estate is the simplest and most profitable way to invest your money, so I looked into it.

From what I've learned so far, he seems to have been right.  Although, from what I can tell, it is by no means easy, it is simple and profitable, if you do it right.

It seems to take a keen eye, and a 10x magnifying glass.  You have to be able to scrutinize every property and make sure it fits your goals, is within your budget, and makes sense.

That being said I can't wait to get started, and I expect to learn a lot from the BP community!
