My long time goal is to have enough passive income through rentals ( SFH and then eventually to MFH), so that I can replace my current W-2 income.Background: For past 6 months, I have been learning ( books, podcast , local seminars etc.) and recently started to search for deals.

My goal with real estate is to eventually create a lifestyle easier to control (Flexible with Time & Money).  

All of these distribution centers being developed here are going to keep the population going up in this area and will make for a good rental market.

If you want an up and coming area, I would look around Bellwood Quarry or around the Pittsburgh yards development.

We are now thinking we need to develop off market deal flow or very distressed properties, but haven’t figured out a strategy yet.
