Just a quick glance, they have carpet ranging from $4 to $6/sf...I'm sure most people here are paying half that at $2/sf or less.Remember, it's always best to just call local contractors if you want accurate pricing...

Hot area of Atlanta so selling would be pretty quick at 300k  and leasing around 2-2.2k shouldnt be too big of problem even if slow down occurs...whenever that might be.

Plus, I keep all documents that have ever been signed by me or them uploaded using their file system so at any time, either party can access their lease terms or rules and regulations quickly without having to dig in a drawer to find them.I highly recommend for a first time landlord.
