A new heating system was put in so all the radiators were replaced with baseboard heating because that was a lot less expensive.

I have connections in Las Vegas, San Antonio and Florida and if it's suggested does anyone have a repeatable system of wholesaling remotely nationwide?

Just make sure they update their systems so it doesn’t happen again.

Yes, you can develop excellent systems to care for it but there will be times where you would have to fly there to oversee something.

Unless you are local, have experience, systems in place and the right people on the gorund, it's unlikely that you can manage this from out of state and save money.
