Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $85,000

Wonderful 3br/2.5 bath split level will be available early Spring 2020!

Helping the distressed seller with no functioning heat.

Found out the entire plumbing system was not good (bad materials) and replaced all of it
