I think people have a tendency to completely write off specific areas though Milwaukee is very diverse from block to block.

Milwaukee is a very diverse market; we have neighborhoods with Detroit like prices and issues and we while other parts of Milwaukee that see strong prices, high demand and a lot of new construction.

Can anyone recommend a deal analyzer with a more robust underwriting of the waterfall/promote?
