Just this morning I had someone call that got scammed out of $2350 by some "lender" that has now disappeared with the money.

I'm suspecting it's a scam.

Just curious whether this is merely another scam by a guru or actually contains valuable material. 

It seems like there is always someone coming up with a scam to suck money out of the pockets from those that are desperate to make easy money fast.

Certainly investors do scam the system and bid claiming to be OO. 

There are many articles devoted to this theme. 

Worse case, if it turns out to be a scam, i still have the property on my name so i don't lose anything specifically.However, he is advocating that he already has that property in an LLC specifically created for this project.

I also own 2 other houses that were not part of the scam and in the location I used to live.

I have talked to a few private lenders I found online, and checked references, which were positive, another was a scam, so I am still nervous.
