Recently graduated from SCU, passed the BRE exam in November of this year, and earned my Realtor designation as well.

If you really want your mail pieces to stand out, you can create a design on the front and use a specialty stamp.  

It may have had an interest only feature to it and when the payment reset the borrower couldn't afford it.
