I would like to convert the home i purchase to a investment property which again i thought using an llc would benefit me w/ tax write offs as well as asset protection.

1 year for 1st year to help cover turnover cost, then converting to MBM for the duration. 

One thing I can say for sure: your loan will not be called because you converted the property to a duplex.

We just had a Boston-based investor spend about 60 million converting an Old Mill into apartments here in Windsor Locks along the rail.

I suspect not as most properties are forced to be de convert due to ceililng height, etc.

Considering where the demand is currently with Air B and B , and that’s you May want to leave your options open so that you can re lease the place as a house 🏠 for Familly, I wouldn’t convert the garage to play room. 

Regarding the letter, are you trying to convert some leads to listings that might not be a "good fit" to sell to an investor or just trying to build trust?
