I'm looking to get started in real estate investing.

Explain it is more expensive than you thought to own the house (real estate tax reassessment, etc) and you want to escrow for making future improvements.

It's an older book, published in the 60's I believe but I read "how I turned $1000 into a million in real estate in my spare time" by Bill Nickerson years ago and got a tremendous amount out of it. 

My wife and I are thrilled to begin our journey into real estate investment.

For mortgage originators, real estate professionals and investors, the 4.65%-4.45% drop in the 2-Year Treasury should result in banks lowering Jumbo & Super Jumbo Mortgage interest rates next week Conforming and Government loan products are also seeing improved pricing.

We're in real estate and will cross paths again eventually, doesn't seem to make any sense to burn a bridge.

Now if this is clearly disclosed, at the end of the day it is your business and you can run it how you choose.Keep in mind, there is a lot of competition in new PM businesses because of the changing real estate sales market.
