Some of the tenants are month to month, they are paying thier rent and we have proof of that.

How much proof is required and who determines it? 

For instance at one of my properties, I have a duplex, and I have a handle on rent collection and other services but I need most of my help with maintenance calls. 

Hi BP- curious what software smaller landlords are using in 2022 for rent collection/mgmt.

I live in one unit and collect rent on the other, which pays for more than 50% of the mortgage.
