Payment collection software- small portfolio
Hi BP- curious what software smaller landlords are using in 2022 for rent collection/mgmt. I've seen plenty of past posts about Cozy (now apartments.com) and plenty of suggestions for simply using Zelle.
I'm currently considering Zillow (but not finding much feedback on BP), as it would be a one stop shop for marketing, screening, and rent collection. Any input would be appreciated!

You can use the search bar at the top of your screen for blogs or forum posts about this. I think there are approximately 13 per day.
You can also search Google for "Online Rent Payment" and get a slew of options.
There are also property management programs available with collection built in. For example, TenantCloud allows you to manage 75 rentals for FREE, to include tracking properties, tenants/leases, maintenance, advertise vacancies, etc. For $10 a month you can add online rent payments which are then tracked in the software.
There is no perfect solution. Check out some of the forum posts, review a few for features that you like, and try it on for size. The best one is the one that works best for you.
